Nigeria seems to be full or surprises these days. First they buy 1 million of the OLPC laptops, and now coming up with a computer that uses only 8.5 watts. Pretty cool, except it costs $1200 dollars. Maybe it's the classic scenario of paying what you want to get what you want. Linked from Gizmodo, because their write up gained my highest accolades.
