Now that we have an eWaste Working Group in congress to try and figure out what to do with the four million pounds of ewaste that are going into landfills each year. Better than a patchwork approach? Depends on how green you are - jumping through 50 (state) hoops is a lot harder than jumping one (federal) one. Kudos to Tom Joseph of Time Warner, mentioned in the article, for being the first IT manager I have even seen on record saying that he uses equipment until it burns up. You heard it hear first.

It's a Federal Matter Now
